I'm tired of being a 150lbs 20 inch bidelt subhuman
This is my plan to gymmaxxx and to achieve a frame like Clavicular and Orc

Gym 4x a week-Cardio on rest day
Push pull legs split
Use progressive overload
Every set till failure
Prioritise free weights

Food
-Stop eating like a dalit subhuman-eat above maintenance calorie intake
-More whole foods

Was reading old school weight lifting books 5x week is optimal if you want to dedicate 100 percent to it

Not tryna discourage you but those people are on or were on some PEDs (except for @Orc, he's the most natural person in the world)
