im buying reta so i can lean bulk im like twink 128lbs 5'9 176cm and like 16% bf.

Im very bad at sticking to a meal plan cuz i been fed sugar and carbs so much and if i go keto or do some shit it ends up super bad. I plan to eat hella protein, something like 190g of protein daily with 100-300 calorie surplus daily , and take reta as i do it to stop the carb and sugar urges.

I'll also be blasting mt2 since soon sun is going away here in UK.

my physique is basically identical to this

and i want something like this, how much kg do i have to gain of muscle to get this. thanks also what should i focus on training and what exercises should i do

what should the weight goal be ideally. I will be lean bulking with reta so will make sure any weight i put on is pure muscle, if its not i cut instantly.

Not eating carbs is gonna rape your brain but also the unequally over-satiating effects of eating protein coupled with reta will leave you eating 1000cals at most unless you stuff some carbs down your face.

the protein over satiating thing isnt true my body can see past the fact im not eating enuf calories and is reliant on carbs and sugars, its more the little voice in my head thats the issue. I dont want food to be enjoyable i wanna stuff myself to gain protein

fat is not good for physique. it is good for musclebuilding long term however im gonna be getting igf-1 spikes from spamming protein which should build up my physique.

i got carb and sugar cravings i legit eat no protein, if eating becomes a chore it will be better. Im twink but i enjoy food a lot.

ok valid. I''ll do that. Should i just spam eat protein as i cut? literally should i just make my whole meal like lean asf protein yogurt , lean meat like 150g protein and make it like 1.1k calories?

telling you from my experience on reta- the hunger suppression is real and even trying to eat at maintenance calories was very hard.

maybe if your taking 0.5mg or under weekly you could just hit your goals but i wouldn't bother using reta until after the bulk

yeah i plan to microdose it. 0.5mg sounds like a good starting point.

Limiting carbs on a bulk makes 0 sense and is counter productive. Insane amount of protein makes no difference, just a waste of calories that could be allocated to carbs. If you are natty 1g per lbs bodyweight protein, so 130g for you, fats at 50-60g and the rest all carbs. Reta will fix your sticking to meal plans issue.

Fastest way is PSMF. It's basically the only way I cut now, with weekend refeeds (I'm enhanced, but works natty also). 0 strength loss after I recarb up, no muscle loss etc. Follow that and make sure you try lose no strength in the gym.

Shouldn't take too long at all to drop multiple % considering your starting bodyweight. Once you are lean enough and bulk properly, any fat gain you get from that bulk you should be able to rid of extremely quickly.

Go to the gym and train with weights like a bodybuilder. The people in those pics you showed did not train in any specific way to achieve a certain physique, they all trained like a regular bodybuilder.

jfl look at ur sig ur the weird one. Even chadisbeingmade acknowledges im right for taking reta for the leanbulk if i have struggles sticking to a meal plan and the contents of the food, cuz i love foods taste too much but i dont eat it in copius quantity.

i can eat chips and chocolate whole day but i wont eat past 2k calories of it so i wont gain weight

Then u shouldn't even bulking if your natty and your also 16% bf so doing a 300 cal surplus as a natty is gonna leave u at 20% within 2 months and u wont be able to gain size passed that bf bc your insulin is to fucked up.

My advice go on a cut with reta down to 10% then bulk on steroids

i dont want to age and get my collagen raped from roids and have other complications i can put on muscle no doubt, my uncle was a body builder its just shit eating habbits.

Ima prob workout on maintenance and spam eat protein. And reta will help me not enjoy food and if i wanna eat like 1.7k calories ts is legit gonna be a struggle.

Issue is i enjoy food too much if i feel disgustingly full and dont have the voices in my head it'll go down easily.
