im buying reta so i can lean bulk im like twink 128lbs 5'9 176cm and like 16% bf.
Im very bad at sticking to a meal plan cuz i been fed sugar and carbs so much and if i go keto or do some shit it ends up super bad. I plan to eat hella protein, something like 190g of protein daily with 100-300 calorie surplus daily , and take reta as i do it to stop the carb and sugar urges.
I'll also be blasting mt2 since soon sun is going away here in UK.
my physique is basically identical to this
and i want something like this, how much kg do i have to gain of muscle to get this. thanks also what should i focus on training and what exercises should i do
what should the weight goal be ideally. I will be lean bulking with reta so will make sure any weight i put on is pure muscle, if its not i cut instantly.
