What body fat do you guys estimate I am, and does it seem like I lost weight since a week ago?

Hit gym 5 times a week ,eat 2g protein per kg , take creatine monohydrate, L arginine citruline and caffeine before workout , sleep 8-10 hours per day strictly and you will put lean mass
