Rate my physique. I am about 80%-90% natty (100% natty as of late). 16 yo. 5"11

Any suggestions for what to improve on would be greatly appreciated.

Currently doing a lot of lateral raises, triceps, and wrist curls (for-arms) Because thats what im interested in improving the most on at the moment.

If anyone has some advice on the most optimal way to grow your back please share it with me, I am also trying to improve my back.

Ive been going to the gym seriously for like 6 months but I have trained off and on for the past 4 years.
 
Mirin, I’ve lowkey been struggling with trying to find motivation to work out, do you have any tips or what made you start

What made me start was seeing Alex Eubank on tik tok and youtube a long time ago. Thats kind of a lame explanation or story, but thats what made me start.

Mirin, I’ve lowkey been struggling with trying to find motivation to work out, do you have any tips or what made you start
Recently I have found some mild euphoria in working out. Its a very nice feeling to train while you have a pump. I like listening to loud music while I workout too. I also always train at home so I do not need to worry about other people disturbing my process.

Recently I have found some mild euphoria in working out. Its a very nice feeling to train while you have a pump. I like listening to loud music while I workout too. I also always train at home so I do not need to worry about other people disturbing my process.
Everytime I do workout I feel great after, but I just have absolutely terrible executive dysfunction from adhd even on meds. I just need to find a way to be consistent.
