15 5’8 I’ve been training for a little bit but idk what needs more training
Also I kinda have rib flare so if yk anything I can do to fix that more

Focus on building a wide back and just fill it out

I’m not lean I have a kinda high bf% but if I pull my skin down you can see my abs a little bit
then my advice would be to take some reta and shred down untill you like 8% bodyfat then go on a lean bulk, obviously a roid cycle would make this 10x faster but if you don't want to do that mk677 will help your appetite if thats your problem but otherwise just lift 5x a week and hit your protein and get on a proper workout split
