I train rear delts
underated muscle group but useless to attempt train if you dont have reverse peck deck other variations are just shit. the gym i go to now has me under developed rear delts but oh well

His torso is not that long, But it's noticeable,
It's just slightly too long,

I'm not saying his torso is one inch too long.

OP assuming my guess of 25% is correct, you’d have to lose 13.1kg (15% bf) from your current 94kg to be 10% bf, leaving you at 80.9kg.

Unfortunately, even losing 13kg I don’t think you would reach 10% body fat, which in my opinion needs to have at least 2 of these, while the other features can be slightly fatter: veins through the abs themselves, striated quads, striated triceps and paper thin skin shoulders, clearly defined lower lats + christmas tree.

Assuming you have lost the water weight and glycogen already since you already started the cut a while ago, my guess is that you need to lose AT LEAST 15kg more and you could be 10%. So you are not even 25%, you are more 😭

I can’t edit my last message, but you can’t judge only from the front.

You store quite a lot of body fat in your love handles, and in your legs too from what I see in the video.
