OP assuming my guess of 25% is correct, you’d have to lose 13.1kg (15% bf) from your current 94kg to be 10% bf, leaving you at 80.9kg.
Unfortunately, even losing 13kg I don’t think you would reach 10% body fat, which in my opinion needs to have at least 2 of these, while the other features can be slightly fatter: veins through the abs themselves, striated quads, striated triceps and paper thin skin shoulders, clearly defined lower lats + christmas tree.
Assuming you have lost the water weight and glycogen already since you already started the cut a while ago, my guess is that you need to lose AT LEAST 15kg more and you could be 10%. So you are not even 25%, you are more
