Currently just running 250 enan

Eating lots of red meat, eggs, fruit, rice

Gonna keep focusing on side delts and arms it’s basically all I train as well as neck

Diet is rly helping my performance a lot - focusing on red meat eggs and growth foods

Plan is to run 250 enan for the first 3 months then continue for 2 more months with 25 mg var daily

MIRIN triceps. Meaty triceps is key to big ass arms. Now my arms almost take up my entire side profile and jut out. It feels good as I started with twink ass arms

I'm almost 18inches unpumped. Got a bulk or two left to get to that.

Yes but I do like 8 sets a wk dumbell bench just very light and not going hard on it
 
Why you chose 250
I’ve run 500 for 12 weeks before so this time I want to try lowering the dose and extending the duration of the cycle

So instead of 500 for 12 weeks trying 250 and Var for 24 weeks

Yes but I do like 8 sets a wk dumbell bench just very light and not going hard on it
do incline dumbell or barbell press, it trains ur upper chest which adds to width

I can’t do 80% of chest excercises bc of a shoulder tendonitis injury the only lift I can do is flat dumbell bench.

Safer and he will still get great gains. I'm running 200mg every 2 weeks and I use a Homebrew testosterone undeconate. Smart Person will use just enough go get the results they want. Dumb users blast 24/7 all year long and die early. I'm right at 1200 ng/DL every day. That's where I just stay all year long.

250 is seriously an underated amount , so many lifestyle benefits and you look legit so full even on a cut , i plan on cruising 250 for a long time

@edodalic29 Btw the bloat, blood pressure, e2 all those sides start at around 400 test for me. 250-300 I don’t bloat and tolerate it rly well - I don’t even need to use RU on these doses

Yep. I'll use tren when I need to get insane but I always just cruise at this. I still grow. I still am strong. Just safer its still mogs natty also. Maybe my genetics just are good as I respond to low levels of testosterone. Always have. I blew up my first cycles. I was 155lbs or so. Now I'm always 200 to 230 if I bulk or cut.

If you wanna take a break from being a pin cushion and get a taste of not having to pin often. Switch to testosterone undeconate.

You can pin once every 4 weeks or once every 2 weeks. You can get a 300mg/ml brew and inject half a synringe and it will be equal to test cyp 3 times a week at once every 2 weeks. Your half life is over 50 days. If you miss a shot you will never feel it. You have tons if wiggle room and if you gotta stop injecting you can just do it and double up your dosage when you come back on and be ok again. Like say you go to prison for a few weeks. You will literally be ok.


Its underrated and high IQ. Been using this for months and my levels are stable as fuck

Once every 2 weeks is Nothing and I never even feel like I'm a slave to injections it's so incredibly relaxing to not feel like I'm always having to stab myself to have high T and trt..

Yeah dude complete the cycle with 500 train hard eat a good diet and then you can lower to like 250 or smth and keep lean bulking a bit to solidify the gains

@TitusA Says after cycles it’s good tk cut the dose in half and not go onto full TRT. That way your body adjusts and you can preserve size

Undecanoate is the worst ester you can use. Only use it for emergencies like traveling etc

Cope. I've been using it forever. It's amazing my home brew is 400mg/ml. Its custom but you can find 300mg/ml on ugl easily. I get the same same gains as I was on cyp only I don't have to pin so often. My estrogen is lower. My levels are stable. I get zero blood pressure sides. My Hematorcrit is lower. I've been on testosterone for 5 years now. I got a lot of experience experimenting with my body. Because my levels don't fluctuate and I don't fear missing my shot. I cruise and my blood work hardly deviates unlike with cyp or E.

it has positives, the more you pin the higher your shbg is, but yeah it's not great for hormonal health.

True Different effects for fasting acting esters. Might be a an edge for total gains with faster since it pings up the peak T however with undeconate once the amount built up in the body is stable. Its almost equal to cyps. I now think to use U for my base level trt and simply stack on shorter acting when I want a blast. Also means I use less of the faster acting too.

I have alot of sources for injections atm ( ghk , mt2 , nad ) and it does get taxing tbh having to inject often . Thank you for this , ngl ive been getting in the habit of injecting alot just because i get a dopamine spike after pinning and it makes me feel like im doing something jfl
