photo does NOT capture face proportions properly in any way. purely a physique update, is this somewhere I want to be lean wise? or do i bulk and cut? i feel healthy and fit but should i strive for more than that? lean is law but HOW lean. any tips/advice helps thanks guys🤙😁

id say bulk. even though you dont look "shredded" yet u dont have much fat. probably like 10-15lbs. when you have more muscle beneath that 10-15lbs of fat ur body will look leaner, face will look about the same.

im going to greece for vacation in a week so id start after that, ive tried gaining weight before but literally havent moved at all, stayed 150 for over a year. any recommendations on dieting or should i find a forum
 
how old are you, if you're above 18 this is going to be controversial but you should cut down to low 10%bf and give your self space to bulk to 15% and repeat the bulk cut cycle, so you don't become incredibly fat. If you don't care about your face start bulking now to 18%-20% and cut down again. You lack muscle but it's not the end of the world

I'm sure you know the basics 1g/lb protein then all carbs from there till you hit 100-300 cals above maintence and sustain till maximum desired bf% and cut

just gotta eat more. my biggest recommendation is to have a gallon of skim milk a day instead of ur standard gallon of water. 1280 calories and 128g protein. tons of potassium.

sodium overload and isnt the dairy super bad for ur skin? but ur right it does have some crazy benefits

it ends up less than ur drv of sodium, but i think changes in sodium are really the problem, and especially if ur fluid intakes low

had no idea about the skin 💀 my skin is by far my worst flaw. now ive got some research to do 🤣

ive been asking chatgpt question about skincare all day because ive really been trying to fix it and i asked it about dairy since u said something and it said for some people dairy can be a huge problem skin wise. it even name dropped skim milk as the worst culprit without me asking.
