you can correct it with custom jaw implants. I have the same problem, my right lower jaw is longer than the left, confirmed by x-ray. I'm sure most peoplle don't notice but my bdd won't let me forget about it until I get implants to correct it

Basically was thinking of doing mandible implants for gonion angularity on the left side, where the angularity cannot be seen from the front.

Alos, do you think fillers cold offer an alternative solution to jaw imlants there?
