i don't want to hate on my friends at all, but this is just an objective analysis. i'm better looking than the dudes i hang around(again, not meant to put them down in any way), and i'm also the tallest/have the best physique in my group. however, whenever we approach girls to talk to them in public, they're so confident and it seems so easy for them. i always stand around in the back and can't find a way to keep the conversation going. i'm so awkward around girls and i can't find a way to be confident without being embarrassed of myself or scared of rejection. i hate the way that i just have to laugh awkwardly and stay quiet while they get all the attention. why am i like this, and is there anything i can do to fix it? i'm so scared and i have no idea what to do at this point
