like is it a result of recessed upper maxilla, or cw rotated upper maxilla,etc,... ? Is it even desirable?

I also have similar zygo shape, aka they are not projected forward enough I think, maybe a CCW rotation of upper maxilla would fix this and give the zygos more forward projection ?
