Maxilla/cheekbones seem recessed, despite the overbite, I think that has to do with where the roots of the teeth and alveolar ridge are. Should maybe either move both the maxilla and mandible forward, or move the maxilla forward and somehow move the alveolar ridge back.

Yeah, I would address the alveolar ridge and maxilla, but your mandible looks pretty good

CT pictures are not the best quality but as you can see I have a brachy skull and lack vertical height on lower third. My goal is getting lower third projection and height.

Yeah, aesthetically speaking it looks like you could use some more chin projection. I wonder if the overbite is giving the appearance of less lower third height than their actually is.

The absence of the upper half of the skull makes it less obvious that you have a short lower third, but now that you mention it, it does look like you have a short lower third. It looks to me like your Maxilla is also recessed, even though your mandible seems to be proportionally well developed.
