During the whole span I looked like the before pics in the pic 1 collage of 3 pics, I was completely invisible, complete loser with like 1-2 opportunities with girls over a long period of time like this, horrible life, not respected or cared about in general or by good looking people (imagine thinking muscle gets you respect if face is not good, lol; well, at least if you aren't tall which is my case), kindmaxxing having minimal impact when people don't really care what you say or do, hated life.
Imagine thinking that being buff with no face / bad face and average height really does anything positive; there's some success cases somehow, but certainly NOT me, and also, those guys are usually dating a woman who is 28yo and average looking, or "slaying" those types, and this not our target market ofc

Now:
I'm only recently ascending to my fullest potential and will be boosted hard by even more elite leanness and possible upper masseter/parotid botox and haven't been out much; but people are nice and attentive and care more etc. And I shared in the post yesterday about the receptionist girl asking questions about my life n stuff haha. I'll be getting out way more in like a month when I'll be at my current possible peak, meaning future gains will be really from more bonesmashing or hardmaxxes
Life starts if girls automatically fix their hair and stuff when seeing you - that raw instinctive biological signal that an attractive enough guy produces to tend to their looks
The instinctive hair fix pill is something I think about a lot and might be the strongest of indicators tbh

Seeing these pics today, specifically my left arm holding the stuff in the top left pic of the collage of current pics, made me realize how Barrett-maxxed I really am, with the loose-fitting shirt contributing to this a little as well. So I'm ready to get flamed by physique-maxxers. But it made me think to post this

Neck and calves are terrible weak points for me and get trained all the time btw; neck is everything, as always, and you better train it daily to death because it gets thinner when fat and water are stripped off and there is of course a time lag with results, though it grows so fast

Crazy how thin you can get away with being as long as neck is robust; this is most top male models

WHY SMALL NOW?

It is a long story how I downsized to the extent I have, and I'm not sure exactly how much I want to add back.

It's still so difficult for me to think this matters for young pretty girls. I just don't know. I think preferences actually can differ on this.

If face gets and stays high-tier, then you can even get away with a gymcel body; just look up the Clark Kvnt guy, clearly roided these days but chadlite face makes him look NT and loveable to girls, not like a boring "alpha" gym guy

PROPORTIONS

I am 5ft9 barefoot, so like 5ft10 in my assortment of frauded shoes. The before pics were too "wide", too much size, for this sub-optimal height; pants don't fit well, clothes don't drape well, and instead of an athletic and graceful and model-tier presence in clothes, it is a "filled-out" look. But, getting back to a peak natural fitness influencer look, if truly shredded and debloated-depleted on no carbs, you won't be "too big" in clothes anyways

It is a long story, partially took 2mo off bc surgery and then never got fully into it thereafter

prioritise face. im 23 i have never went to gym in my entire life we are not hunting down animals and carrying them back to our caves anymore what are you even going to do with bodybuilding apart from smv? just stay slim fit dont lose your sixpack and you'll be fine. you cant have them all some girls want big boys some girls want pretty boys. everyone can be mascular but few can be handsome asf. i would chase the rare

Don’t have answers to any of these but I just want to say you’re quickly becoming a prime poster. I foresee you becoming a legend in the space.

I’m leaning out presently, but strangely enough I got more attention (not at all mind boggling attention or anything special) when I was looksminned, chubbier, etc., poor skin. It wasn’t often, but I always wondered what caused that.

Imagine them being extremely physique-maxxed or something, would not fit the bran at all

But they both had athletic thinner frames and low bodyfat with abs that looked great in clothes or shirtless

I legit think it just has to be one of those cases where hearing one guy say “for me it’s only face that has mattered even thin” and other say “things only started when I got muscular” really just speaks to how individual dependent this is

Nah no real differences but as I said that I entered one of part time jobs where we were being trained. Got approached by a woman who asked to sit next to me, treated me nice, offered me snacks, etc. When we came back from a training break, I decided to sit alone and got approached yet again by her: said things that I could have any of food she brought over if I like and was constantly fixing herself up.

I will say that I am a lot less open than I used to be.

Holy dude. Is this just from anterior cheekbone smashing or also lateral? I will say whatever dopamine high one gets from being validated is transient compared to always improving aesthetically at least for me.

Have you thought about buccal fat removal / other fat reduction procedures/injections etc, since you identify the huge importance of being extremely lean for your face. But what do you think about any specific fat reduction methods?
Also I forgot exactly your calories, but I don't understand why you don't get more steps/cardio to add more calories?
Even like 30 minutes of just zone 2 level cardio, like incline walking, would allow you to eat like ~400 more calories. Much better for health/nutrition getting variety of micronutrients, or is this just a short term thing only.
Also why not retatrutide/tirzpetide, you are using ozempic?
Also thoughts about ritalin / adhd medications? For food seeking supression. Youve tried/considered?

I'm also the same regarding my face needing to be extremely lean to look good. I just kind of let myself go recently (stopped using reta because I had to move, ran out of ritalin need to get new referral prescription). And the weight just slowly crept up, but now I realise how important it is for me to be extremely lean aswell. It's just an insane difference, especially when you have a wide/big head/bracycephalic face (like barret). Even 10% body fat is far from ideal. Also I recently got back into the gym and mentally allowed myself to eat more, and I've gained a shit ton of muscle from muscle memory + TRT, but I still fell for the male gaze in my brain and the personal motivations/dopamine from getting stronger and 'bigger'. But I'm personally not going to stop gym, or cardio even, just important to reitorate to myself how truly important it is staying extremely lean is.
Also miring your effort/drive overall 😍😍
