Piercing for nose slimming

Theoretical, If I walked into a piercing shop asked them for a "Rhino" piercing (goes through the bottom of the tip of your nose and comes out of the top middle tip of your nose) with a small needle around 18g or 20g would that not slim my nose? The tightening of the skin from the collagen production would take effect and tighten the skin in that area making my nose slimmer no?
