Pillow discovery

I have found that yes i am a side sleeper and whatever but pillows also determine your skin for the day or week. I use the same pillow cases for 1month, cleaning twice a week that it caused my cheeks and skin to bed rougher, redder and more ragged. However when i bought new pillows and new cases this was not caused this means that if ur skin is shit, the pillow could be the case or its just ur shit paki genetics. Either/Or
