Honestly don’t feel worse than I did pinning 500 when I wasn’t used to it. Just flush and nausea

Flush and nausea and fatigue the first few times but not as bad as you get used to it. Nausea and fatigue don’t really go away but the flush isn’t as bad once you’ve got a tan built up

Jfl I waited like 5-10 minutes. Brought slin pins and the almost empty vial to the gym. Worked out, went out to my car, pinned the remainder of the vial(wasn’t expecting it to be so much but fuck it), then went back in to tan.
