I’m 15m at 5’8 and 20%+ bf, i have a full vial of reta that will last me a good while (mgs) if i dose low (1mg) but my question is should I pin? I want to stop being as much of a fucking chud but u don’t wanna stunt any height growth I have

Nga 1mg of reta isn't gonna do shit ! you need to dose min 3 mg for good effects with 5 to 8mg being ideal. (now mark me solution it's the check mark on the right.)

Hop on it until you're lean and then eat again, if 1mg is doing that then you don't even need to higher the dose since reta is used to drop weight

You won't even feel 1mg first of 3m is the lowest you can go while getting good results. You also won't stunt your growth as long as you eat a good amount of nutrient dense meals and sleep. Now mark me solution nga

Sadly I live in Asia so it's probaly gonna alot different compared to EU/America. Can't really help with this bac water source
