You can see my old plans, however I decided to condense it, so I just made this in like 5 mins:
Thumb pulling 10-15 mins a day
Bonesmash supras, infras, ramus, mandible, 3 sets of 30 sec.
d3 + k2 + multi vit + ashwa, tongkat, sea moss, creatine
I do track rn and lift but lift on weekends too, god dam my back hurts so fucking bad
obicularis occuli training like 10 mins a day
at home nose rhinoplasty like 5 mins a day
wild growth hair serum
Potassium chloride + bananas
Massage above eyebrows or just buy peptide thats like botox
all cope but i dont need anything major i can be htn- maybe if i cut down after my bulk i can hit cl. I prolly have more in this routine i just forgor.
