Hey im currently looking for a surgeon that could do and install custom infraorbital implants. i know that taban does them but he is so expensive so if anyone knows cheaper alternatives please tell me. i know this surgery has low rate of getting botched so it wouldnt matter. and also i know my maxilla is recessed and lefort 1 would help about that but the ROI for that is too low for me and it would cost too much. the surgery itself is fast and not complicated. but after the surgery because the place where the implants are inserted has thin skin and has alot of movement infection and complication rate is higher for example chin implant.

thats why i honestly dont think i will get this surgery because ive asked many people who have had it and most of them have had complications and had them removed. also negative orbitsl vector is not that big of a failo i will probably just get lateral canthoplasty to make my eyes look more alert.
