Hey im currently looking for a surgeon that could do and install custom infraorbital implants. i know that taban does them but he is so expensive so if anyone knows cheaper alternatives please tell me. i know this surgery has low rate of getting botched so it wouldnt matter. and also i know my maxilla is recessed and lefort 1 would help about that but the ROI for that is too low for me and it would cost too much. U have good mentolabial fold, makes more sense to do an osteotomy of chin that takes the mentolabial fold with it there are a couple, Genio Glossus Advancement, Chin Wing Osteotomy.
