Can't fix structural problem with a soft tissue procedure, even if fat grafts help I will still have recessed infras, I need to see my CT scans of my skull , but I'm 90% sure I have recessed infras, also infraorbital implants with saddle not only adds bone volume but more efficient orbicularis oculi muscle usage which makes your eyes more aesthetic when smiling, squinting, just overall more lively and expressive eyes durning irl interaction something which fat grafting cannot do, I have about 50k€ and I'm planning other surgeries as well but since infras have brutal recovery and one of my longest insecurities since I've known the black pill, I'm firstly going with them

That's true, every surgery comes with its risks, I'm confident in Pagnonis surgical ability hence why I'm ready to pay that much

Yeah I have seen that thread a thousand of times and I'm planning to do after my infras fat grafting to the upper eyelid and lower eyelid, thanks tho, when you say I don't think implants are ridiculous idea for me what do you mean by that
for some ppl they def don’t need implants and just need the fat grafting, but i think implants are appropriate for you
IMO this doesn’t justify infras let alone saddled ones at all. I think fat grafting & maybe cheek implants though I can’t see the zygos in these images

It does for me, the drooping of my lateral area of the lower eyelids is because of my Infras

Recessed infras = Droopy Lower eyelids due to lack of structure support, negative vector, sunken eyes, I have all 3 of them , as I said I'm 90% sure they are recessed, but ofcourse I will only proceed with the surgery after receiving my CT scans and analyzing them with Pagnoni
