Planning on marpe and djs when I’m older , anything I could do now for downward growth and any other recessions? Any advice would be appreciated 🙏

Anyone who knows about posture a lot could my eye area assymetry be caused by anterior pelvic tilt ? Or what does this stem from?
 
You need therapy not surgery
