I had a free septoplasty on the NHS by claiming it was hard to breathe the Paki surgeon was bragging about how hes going to make my nose look so good, then i took the bandage off after 2 weeks and the bump was still there so all he did was straighten the septum but now my philtrum looks longer and i look like a chimp
