Would it ruin harmony and fuck up bonegrowth in future? (Important since I hit puberty late and my bones are still growing) BASICALLY DO PROS OUTWEIGH CONS?

Nah I have money and my dad has status its no worries its a top tier surgeon also my noses left nostril is blocked and makes it hard to breath
