I'm gonna buy it Ciplar LA- 40mg per capsule.
This drug is a beta-blocker that is used to break the reconsolidation of fear.
It does this by "shutting down" the amygdala that stores the emotional stimulus tied to our memories.
That means, you don't loose the memory, but the traumatic emotion attached to it.
My hypothesis is that it should work the same way with motivation, or should I call it better procrastination in this case.
Procrastination is a known process that involves negative emotions that hinder and postpone indefinitely your daily tasks.
All these emotions are stored in the amygdala, so by taking propranolol 1 hour before my dreaded tasks, I should be able to perform them without problems.
I should do this as much as possible while under the effect of it and then go to sleep. Which is fundamental to "erase" the negative emotion from the though of the task.
If I succeed in this. The next step will be doing mass cold approach to destroy every fear I have of social interactions.
