Plans for implant and filler not going well. Should I increase ramus and jawline with filler?

As per my post history, I've recently had a DJS.
Now I'm trying to improve a bit by fixing my malar. I asked my surgeon for a preview and honestly, it kinda looks like a mess. Maybe it's just the model that sucks, but anyway. How to plan for that?

Also, I decided going to a reputable filler doctor here, and she said I should definitely improve my jawline too. I do feel like the jawline itself is lacking and makes my cheek saggy, but I don't want her to mess my gonial angle (besides the overall issues with fillers). But then again, it's cheaper, some people do have good results, and I might need that to fix my assymetry.
I'd appreciate if anyone here could give an opinion on that.

Below are the preview my doctor did and some pics of me. Id appreciate any suggestions

The implant design is no good. In order to maintain a natural contour you have to saddle the rim. There are lots of good examples on Eppley's website. You can try showing your surgeon a few and see what he says.

I don’t think cheekbones will do much for ya. Jaw, eyes, skin quality and midface ratio are basically 90% of looks

For jaw ideas, check my recent thread of my implant
