Since July 20th ive been stuck on 68kg sometimes i go to 69kg sometimes i go to 67kg
I have seen some fat loss progress (not as much as when i started losing weight, january 26th)
My smart scale says i have much more water weight than when i started losing weight
Any tips? Should i lower calorie intake?
Im 175cm.

Ok I can actually help you. I lost 30kg myself and I was stuck in a plateau for 2 months. I started about 7 months ago. I did a lot of research and what worked for me was every 5kg I lost I did maintenance week(which means eating at your maintenance calories for a week) I tried a lot of different stuff and talked to people but I figured out that is what worked for me. And all natural. If you have any other questions lmk

if you plateau you probably did something wrong or your intake now is just your maintenance

reassess caloric maintenance and MAKE SURE your in a caloric deficit.

or refeed 1 week at maitenance high carb then go back to the deficit.

yes lower caloric intake, cardio is a good substitute aswell as it supresses hunger
