I am in my teen years and looking to start a primal diet. I have access to tons of different beef cuts including liver. We do not have raw milk and I don’t know where to source it. My family owns a cow farm that is grass fed and I take high care of them. Any tips? I’m kind of clueless so please lmk what I should eat on a daily basis.
