is just compares plants against the worst possible diet (the modern industrial diet).
This study does not isolate the effect of plants themselves. It compares dietary patterns in free living people, so healthier plant eaters may also differ in many other ways.

Unless youve been eating primal since birth and your mother/father developed well primal is pretty much cope yes you will get some benefits but for facial bones/height/ frame nothing usually happens dont even try eat primal if your like 10 onwards .

Bro all primal did was give me fucking constipation because muh salt is bad for your body

I coped w milk only and got severely dehydrated, probably fucked my thyroid for a while bc of not eating carbs.

I just eat normally now, i dont eat vegetables bc they have anti nutrients and i cook my shit. Tastes a lot better cooked also i use celtic sea salt
