make sure you do those things to maximize development:
Eat:
Raw meat (ideally ruminant read meat)
Raw organs
Raw eggs
Raw butter
Raw kefir
Raw unsalted cheese
and spam tons of raw milk between the ages of 0-21
sleep:
you need to optimize to never have to wake up to an alarm,
if you have early morning activities, go to bed earlier etc.
9-11 hours of quality sleep every night.
how to ensure you get quality sleep ?
Sun:
get plenty of sun in moderation to ensure you tan and never burn.
also, when you optimize your circadian rhythm these things happen

also, when you optimize your circadian rhythm these things happen
- Light enters your eyes and signals a brain region called the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN).
- The SCN tells the rest of your body what time it is.
- Morning sunlight is the strongest signal that "the day has started."
- Melatonin is the hormone that makes you sleepy.
- Morning light lowers melatonin, helping you feel awake.
- Later in the evening, melatonin rises again at the correct time, making you naturally tired.
- If you get enough daylight exposure, your brain tends to release melatonin earlier and more predictably at night.
- This often makes it easier to fall asleep and improves sleep quality.
