and if ur not already working out do that and hypertrophy train ur neck

Get better haircut, grow eyebrows, grow masseters, grow neck, thumbpull, and just start reading threads there’s more than what I’m telling you to do but if you do the things I’m telling you to do you’ll look a lot better just be consistent
