Definietly around lltn/mltn. Grow out your hair a bit so it covers your forehead and get a proper fade on the sides and the back. Get rid of your acne and get some more sleep. Pluck your unibrows and trim the excess hair. You seem a bit young though, so I don't recommend surgery just yet, but you should do something about your recessed chin, plus your nose is too big compared to your other aspects from the front.
