How can I stop believing my muscle twitches are probably ALS?
It started off with a leg twitch in a specific part of my knee and now I'm feeling sporadic eyelid, foot, and hand twitches. I also feel a leg cramp, but not on the leg that has the twitchy knee. I sat cross-legged for a while before bed. I have no muscle weaknesses. I hope it's just BFS, man.

How can I stop thinking I have ALS just because of random twitches?
Yesterday: https://looksmax.org/threads/how-can-i-stop-believing-my-muscle-twitches-are-probably-als.700898/ I couldn't stop thinking about ALS even though it's very unlikely I have it. My legs twitch especially at night. When I move them the twitches stop.

Does cancer run in your family?
Cancer deaths sadly occurred on both sides of my family. There is only one known cancer death on my father's side, but my mother's side had lots of people who suffered from cancer, some of them young sufferers in their 40s.

Early-onset cancer: why are more young adults being diagnosed? Why are cancer rates in Japan lower than the Western world?
https://news.cancerresearchuk.org/2023/01/24/early-onset-cancer-why-are-more-young-adults-being-diagnosed/ Japan: an early-onset cancer outlier Ogino and Ugai live and work in the US, but they were born in Japan. Both of those countries are very wealthy, but Japan isn’t seeing the same rise in...

Mum caught me naked in front of my bedroom mirror checking my body and balls for cancerous lumps. She thinks I'm "degrading".
Her first response when she barged into my room checking my balls in front of the mirror was "will he call an ambulance three times today?" She's asking me why do I check my body twice a day for cancerous lumps and said if I don't stop this I'm gonna be mentally ill. I check my body regularly...

How often do you check your balls?
I check them twice or three times a week because young adults can get "it". I don't drink, smoke, take non-medicinal drugs and I haven't been on antibiotics since I had pneumonia back in January 2000 when I was 2 years old. I only eat red meat (usually beef) once a week. I work out 5 times a...
