So I KNOW im SUB5, but I was hoping maybe one day MAYBE I could reach HLTN maybe even LMTN. I need to know things that I could do to improve this. Is it even possible to look good with a recessed maxila?

I see my asymmetries, could I fix that by fixing my posture and maybe BS'ing on one side more than another?
I also have posture issues, anterior pelvic tilt, lateral pelvic tilt, forward head posture, and rounded shoulders & upper back. I was wondering if fixing this would help to fix my face also?

Could someone please tell me what I could do to improve, I beg please don't just tell me to get surgery if you respond I beg of you please explain exactly what I could do, so maybe say what surgery or what my flaws are or ANYTHING.

I am 6'3, 18 Y/O, I already workout and have a decent phyisque, currently working on getting leaner.
