PLEASE HELP ME WITH CYSTIC PIMPLES

i have been suffering from cystic pimples for almost a year now and its holding me back for certain things (iykyk).
I cant by accutane for some reasons but what are alternatives could i try?
my pimples stay in my skin for some reason, they feel like little rocks and its so ugly, everytime i feel my face i feel all these bumps and every time i touch them the go big.
I TRIED:
-ice
-(micro needle) pimple patch
- needle
-benzac gel
-eating very clean
-face steamer

please help me if you know any other options then accutane

Definitely could, I had a similar problem at one point, of course it didn't last as long as yours, but I had it for a couple of months and using tret helped me, but I also changed my diet completely at the time, so I'm not sure which actually solved the problem

Tretinoin/taz will litterally save you.
I have been on tretinoin 0.05% and it speeds up skin cells turnover so it unclogs pores before those cystic pimples form so yeah, they never appear lol

and yes i know it wil get worse when i put a needle in it but it worked with one pimple so tried it with the other one but it got crazy swelling and later it looked like a XXL implant

idc about my skin anymore, its holding me back with certain things and i get so fucking angry bc of it, my parents are noticing it and they think i am crazy but i cant control it bc i had pimples since i was 7
