I have really good bone mass but I'm fucked over by my recessed maxilla I already have a expander in to hopefully improve it but if anyone has any advice on how I could improve it more please tell me and no I can't afford surgery I just turned 16

By 16 your maxillarpalatal sutures are already fused, you could try to do mewing, proper posture, swallowing and chewing but that would work if applied from childhood, and at your age it's probably going to be useless cope but if you want to cope for a while you could try, but again I am not promising anything.
