if you dont want destroy your health obviously keep natty but if you want grow musclee test is a good option but even if you take testosterone, you still need a good diet and very efficient training to get the most out of it. 175 mg is a good amount, I suppose. Here in Mexico, they usually sell 250 mg, but there are different quantities, obviously. I just recommend that it be of good quality and preferably from a pharmaceutical company, since absorption depends on the quality. Sometimes it says, for example, 250 mg, but you only really get 190 or 200 mg. So if you go for that option, do your research.
