i had severe acne from ages 13-16 Like SEVERE nodulistic cystic acne, Just get on accutane i got on 20 mg a day im on my 8th month i dont have a single inflamed pimple on my
face
NOTHING not a single pimple on my face or anything it cleared up EVERYTHING the ONLY side effect i have is Dry lips that is genuinely fucking it

it removed ALL the inflammation that made my face look disgusting and bloated, and for reference: this is me.

What scarring treatment did you do? I’m on 20mg and probably halfway through course I’m gonna get to 150mg/kg of bodyweight though to make sure this fucking acne doesn’t come back. Probably 3 months after I’m done, I’ll start invasive treatments for scarring. Skin is life.
