Please rate me and give me tips to improve

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week I run fbeod. I have gained about 18kg within 2 years of traing. My diet mostly consists of cereal in the morning chicken and rice for lunch and some other meat with carbs for dinner + sweets throughout the day for more calories + carbs intra workout.
For my skin I use a CeraVe Cleaning and moisturizing cream and deer tallow face cream, because that’s all I have around me at the moment.
I started using mouth tape while sleeping and I think hard mewing but I am not sure if it’s just normal.
If anybody has an idea why my whole body is leaning to one side please tell me because it is causing me muscle inbalances.


Please rate brutally honest and please give me some ways I can improve

mtn, grow out ur hair it will defiantly add to ur appearance

face has htn potential. body is decent but looks a little odd. id say dimorphism max with proper diet/sleep. if ur done growing maybe look into roids/peptides to push out any potential gains.
