LMtn-mmtn, maybe get down to like 10% bodyfat. Everything else is only plastic surgery or fillers or maybe fat dissolvers

Your insanely asymmetrical it looks like it could be stemming from your tmj so have a look online for ways to treat it or go to a specialist.
