wow, you look extremly skinny i doubt any foids will take you seriously.
 
Bad, but maybe okay if your clavicles are wider than they seem here.
 
I need to work on more how much to eat etc
Find out how much you can eat without putting on fat, for work outs I suggest hitting each muscle ~10–15 sets weekly max to failure or near failure. Steroids help although injecting testosterone may cause bloating in your face. Save up money for clavicle lengthening surgery too.

full body every other day

3 sets per muscle group, 2-3 movements per muscle group

leave a rep in reserve or go to failure, no dropsets, no big stretch, use standardised form - no ego, control the eccentric but don’t milk it

3+ rest time between sets, focus on optimal movements like:

pec dec
preacher curls
leg extensions
chest-supported rows etc

if you are confused search sbl on tiktok and ask for help but i wouldn’t do any super advanced movements
