It's just a standard messy fringe.
Your picture is bad, because the fringe is too long/heavy covering your eyebrows.

Hmmm, texturizing your hair and sea salt spray would be the go to.
It will probably look less intense with your Asian straight hair, but it's possible:

sometimes It comes good but it's very hard to style, i tried today the Sea salt spray and looked alright i gotta try again tomorrow

Its a good hairstyle, generally, but it brings a lot of focus on your eyes.
Maybe a side part with some hair covering your forehead?
