i dont know if its body dysmorphia or smth but why does my face look so different in different lightnings? like i dont really notice that in other people but i always notice how my face changes based on lightning,can someone explain it to me please cuz its draining my mental health?

Depending on where the lightning is located your face will look different because of the shadows ect
