Your skin doesn't look that bad tbh. You look maybe 22 or 23.

Basic stack is Retinol (Tret is more powerful, but I'm not sure if it is the best at your age) + moisturizer. Because Retinol makes you sensitive to sunlight, sunscreen becomes a must. So the entire stack is Retinol + sunscreen + cleanser + moisturizer.

In morning apply sunscreen after washing your face with cool water. In evening use a soft cleanser (harder one if your skin is fatter, but use the lightest one possible) and then apply Retinol when your face is dry. Apply only a bit, a pea sized amount at most. Reduce the quantity if it burns. At first use it every third day, but slowly build up to daily use. Never apply it during daylight hours. After you have applied Retinol, wait for about 15 minutes for it to absorb and then moisturize your skin. My favourite moisturizer and cleanser are from Aveeno™©®. But my skin is naturally very clear of oils and good. So I use soft products. You seem to have acne, so your skin is probably more oily.

I have found that girls who have had bad acne know topical skincare the best. My ex had this issue and she is very knowledgeable about skin care as she spent hours reading various papers, reviews and methods to help her fix it. Underlying cause for her acne was having too much testosterone or having high androgen sensitivity, I don't remember which, but basically hormonal imbalance. But most cases of acne are indeed caused by hormonal imbalances. So try fixing the root cause. It could also stem from some dietary item that might need to be reduced or cut out completely. I've heard everything from gluten to dairy causing this.

Good luck.

20 years of age , binesmashed since 12 ig (did boxing, stopped recently) , I have minor assymetry with my left cheekbone being either less projected or smaller than thw right one , which creates more scleral show and less of that hunter eye look , other than that diet was just standard European diet without caloric surplus

Why not try some of those laser treatments - they vaporize your face, and a new, healthier one will grow...

This. Basic idea is to cleanse, moisturize and use sunscreen. You can also go for periodic mens facial treatments for deep cleansing and extractions, which will help close up large pores
