Used to happen to me when I went to school and got sun expose daily, either go to the beach and get your whole upper body exposed or wait like 6 - 12 months for the tan to fade jfl.

Start wearing long sleeve shirts, the tan should fade eventually. All else fails try and balance it out.

This reminds me of an old blog I've found once online about height increasing. This Indian guy claimed he found a set of exercises that helped him grow 2 inches at the age of 28. He had photos as proof and they also showed him exercising.
He lived in this horrible slum in a dirty, dilapidated house, he would tie ropes to the cracked ceiling and hang from them, then he would go to sprint and jump outside in the slum, dodging through piles of garbage, holes in the road, puddles of water, dead animals, etc. He would then return to his house, use a rusted, old stationary bike to exercise some more and stretch his legs, then lie in a dirty bed with some buckets filled with rocks tied to his legs.
The whole thing seemed surreal - like what was the point of height increasing, when he lived in such abject poverty, his priorities were really wrong, ohhh...and he was ugly too, with really dark skin, I doubt getting taller would have brought him any benefits.
