Check your plates and if theyre open hop on gh + ai and then cnp, Fgfr3 inhib/antagonist t4 and whatnot just blast it all

if your growth plates are still open (if you dont know then go check) then start taking hgh, test and ais.
Now supplements, take MSM, zinc and vitamin d3.
Do spinal decompression exercises
Hydrate a lot, above 3 liters daily, sleep above 8 hours daily because 8 hours is bare minimum for growth
