First you check your height potential with some calculators(know your potential), i recommend this one. But others are also valid. Remember that there are error rate, so do some research. After this just pubertymax. Pretty basic stuff.

16 5’7 you have it nice over there let puberty do its thing don’t hop on anything u til u know bone age and know how much growth you have remaining
