Topical Foam minoxidil - every night
Just for men eyebrow dye - every 2-3 weeks
Castor oil - every morning
Shape them - when needed

Don't take the oral minoxidil, topical (5%) will be enough.

Combine with a microneedling pen (0.5), yes an actual pen not this stamp or roller and do this once per week.
