What should I take for bone smashing? k2 and calcium?

yeah but no need to supplement calcium drink milk it's a good protein source

Be very careful before smashing your face in your endeavours to become a chad it's risky and potentially could fuck you face for life
For supplements take high protein, calorie surplus , mk677 , vit K2 +d3
Most importantly bonesmashing mostly is cope don't expect to go from boneless cuck to having mogger bones

Start with your knuckles hit the particular bone for 5 minutes straight make sure you hit hard once you have done 5-6 sessions of bonesmashing with knuckles move to a an object like hammer ( I don't recommend it) or some wooden thick stick and smash for 10+ mins with that
Next day that bone should pain which is a good thing as bone hypertrophy will now take place just eat enough food and nutrients and take rest for the bone to recover
